  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup extra sugar for rolling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and 1½ cups sugar for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.

  6. Roll dough into balls and coat in extra sugar.
