Method
- Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Ensure your cold brew coffee is well-chilled. Stir in sweetener if desired.
- Scoop 2-3 generous scoops of ice cream into each chilled glass.
- Slowly pour the chilled cold brew coffee over the ice cream.
- Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate or caramel sauce, and chocolate shavings or coffee beans.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use non-dairy ice cream. Experiment with different ice cream flavors and toppings for variety.
