  • 1 cup high-quality cold brew coffee
  • 2-3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
  • Optional: sweetener (simple syrup, maple syrup) to taste
  • Optional: chocolate syrup or caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping
  • Optional: chocolate shavings or coffee beans for garnish

Method
 

  1. Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Ensure your cold brew coffee is well-chilled. Stir in sweetener if desired.
  3. Scoop 2-3 generous scoops of ice cream into each chilled glass.
  4. Slowly pour the chilled cold brew coffee over the ice cream.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate or caramel sauce, and chocolate shavings or coffee beans.
  6. Serve immediately.
