- Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
- Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Immediately scatter sprinkles over the top and press gently to adhere. Add crushed sugar cookies if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into small squares.
Notes
Always use low heat when melting the chocolate mixture. Choose high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or refrigerate for up to three weeks.
