  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup festive sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies (optional)

Method

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  5. Immediately scatter sprinkles over the top and press gently to adhere. Add crushed sugar cookies if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper overhang and cut into small squares.

Notes

Always use low heat when melting the chocolate mixture. Choose high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or refrigerate for up to three weeks.
