- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare your baking dish by lightly greasing it with butter or olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and minced garlic; stir until uniform and creamy.
- Fold in chopped artichoke hearts and well-drained spinach.
- Add half of the mozzarella and all the parmesan cheese; season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Ensure to squeeze out excess moisture from spinach and artichokes to prevent a watery dip. Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth blending.
