  • 1/2 medium avocado, sliced or cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts or sunflower seeds

Method
 

  1. Prepare your vegetables by washing them thoroughly under cold water and patting them dry.
  2. Dice the cucumber into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice your cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters.
  4. Scoop exactly one cup of cottage cheese into a wide, shallow bowl.
  5. Arrange the cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocado slices neatly over the top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning evenly across the entire bowl.
  7. Garnish with the minced fresh chives and your choice of seeds.
  8. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil in a circular motion over the top.
  9. Finish with a crack of fresh black pepper.
  10. Serve immediately.
