Method
 

  1. Let your cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Pat your pickle spears completely dry using paper towels.
  3. Lay out your salami slices on a clean work surface, overlapping two or three slices.
  4. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese across each salami slice.
  5. Place a pickle spear at one end of your prepared salami and roll tightly.
  6. Slice each rolled salami cream cheese pickle into bite-sized rounds.
  7. Arrange your finished salami cream cheese pickles on a serving platter and refrigerate until serving time.
