- Let your cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Pat your pickle spears completely dry using paper towels.
- Lay out your salami slices on a clean work surface, overlapping two or three slices.
- Spread a generous layer of cream cheese across each salami slice.
- Place a pickle spear at one end of your prepared salami and roll tightly.
- Slice each rolled salami cream cheese pickle into bite-sized rounds.
- Arrange your finished salami cream cheese pickles on a serving platter and refrigerate until serving time.
Notes
