- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the biscuit can and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Carefully add the baking soda.
- Reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Drop 6-8 biscuit pieces into the baking soda water and let them simmer for 30 seconds.
- Remove the pretzel bites biscuits using a slotted spoon and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat the boiling process with remaining biscuit pieces.
- Brush each piece generously with melted butter.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt over the buttered pretzel bites biscuits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until deep golden brown.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These pretzel bites biscuits are best enjoyed warm. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes.
