  • 4 oz Sharp Cheddar
  • 4 oz Creamy Brie
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 3 oz Salami
  • 3 oz Prosciutto
  • 3 oz Summer Sausage
  • 1 cup Red Grapes
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Apple Slices
  • Water Crackers as needed
  • Baguette Slices as needed
  • Almonds as needed
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Cornichons
  • 1/4 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks

Method
 

  1. Choose a large wooden board or flat plastic container for assembly.
  2. Place small bowls for wet ingredients like honey and mustard on the board.
  3. Arrange cheeses, keeping Brie whole and slicing cheddar into cubes.
  4. Add meats, folding prosciutto and fanning out salami for presentation.
  5. Fill gaps with fruits and crackers, placing crackers near cheese.
  6. Use smaller items like nuts and dried fruits to fill remaining spaces.

Notes

Keep items cold with ice packs. Use parchment paper to separate wet and dry items. Pack crackers separately to maintain crispness.
