Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 medium frozen banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamo
  • 1/2 peach (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Method

  1. Prepare your fruit by slicing fresh peaches and freezing them for at least four hours.
  2. Place frozen peaches and banana slices into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon to the blender.
  4. Start with 1/4 cup of your chosen milk and blend on low, increasing speed gradually.
  5. Use a tamper tool if necessary to push the fruit down into the blades.
  6. Blend until the mixture resembles soft-serve ice cream, adding more milk if needed.
  7. Pour the mixture into a chilled bowl and smooth the surface.
  8. Top with fresh peach slices, granola, and chia seeds before serving.

Notes

Chill your serving bowl in the freezer for ten minutes before blending to keep the smoothie bowl cold. Use very ripe peaches for the best flavor.
