Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Milk (Dairy or Plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 large Fresh Mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
  2. Pour in your choice of milk and Greek yogurt, whisking gently until smooth.
  3. Add sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, stirring until well combined.
  4. Stir in half of the diced mango to flavor the oats.
  5. Pour the mixture into jars and top with remaining mango cubes.
  6. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight.
  7. In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed before enjoying.

Notes

Ensure the mango is ripe for the best sweetness. Store in the refrigerator for up to four days. Add crunchy toppings just before serving.
