Method
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
- Pick the basil leaves off the stems and tear large leaves if necessary.
- Drain the mozzarella pearls and pat them dry.
- Assemble the bites by threading a cherry tomato, a folded basil leaf, and a mozzarella pearl onto a toothpick.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Arrange on a serving plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper before serving.
