- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the bacon slices on the wire rack in a single layer.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, black pepper, and cayenne. Brush the mixture on top of each bacon slice.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, then flip the bacon and brush the other side with the glaze. Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let the bacon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality, thick-cut bacon for the best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
