Method
- Prepare your 9x13-inch baking pan by generously coating it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Measure out your Lucky Charms cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- Place butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat and let it melt completely.
- Add all the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal, folding until coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press evenly without packing too tightly.
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for best results. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped squares for up to six weeks.
