Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12 oz each) Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed slightly
  • 4 cups Cold Water, filtered
  • 2 liters Ginger Ale or Lemon-Lime Soda, chilled
  • 2 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 3 large Fresh Lemons, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 pint Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves, for aroma and garnish
  • Ice Cubes or Ice Ring, as needed

Method

  1. Place the thawed lemonade concentrate into your large Lemonade Punch Bowl. Pour in the four cups of cold water and the pineapple juice. Stir these together until the concentrate dissolves completely.
  2. Slowly pour the chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda into the Lemonade Punch Bowl, pouring it down the side to preserve bubbles. Stir gently just once or twice.
  3. Drop the lemon slices and strawberry pieces into the Lemonade Punch Bowl for a colorful display. Scatter the mint leaves on top.
  4. Add your ice cubes or prepared ice ring into the Lemonade Punch Bowl, being careful not to splash.
  5. Dip a small glass into the Lemonade Punch Bowl and taste. Adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  6. Place a ladle inside the Lemonade Punch Bowl and set out clean glasses for guests.

Notes

Chill all liquid ingredients for at least four hours before mixing. Use an ice ring made of lemonade for best results. Keep the punch in a shaded area if serving outdoors.
