- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Press into the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans.
- Pour the filling over the hot crust and return to the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Store in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature or refrigerate for up to a week. These bars freeze well for up to three months.
