Ingredients
Method
- Select a 9x13-inch glass baking dish or similar serving platter.
- Mix refried beans with taco seasoning in a bowl and spread evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy, then spread over the bean layer.
- Gently spread guacamole or mashed avocado over the creamy layer.
- Spoon salsa evenly over the guacamole layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the salsa, then arrange diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and green onions on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead of time and tastes better when refrigerated overnight. Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading. Drain watery ingredients to prevent sogginess.
