- Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove the toasted bread and rub each slice with a cut garlic clove.
- Spoon the tomato mixture onto each toasted bread slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Use firm Roma tomatoes for best results. Assemble bruschetta just before serving to maintain crispness. Store components separately for optimal freshness.
