Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots of espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamo
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup of oat milk
  • 1 to 1.5 cups of ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
  2. Pour the hot coffee into a glass jar or cocktail shaker.
  3. Add brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the hot coffee and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add about half a cup of ice to the jar or shaker and secure the lid tightly.
  5. Shake the mixture for about 20 to 30 seconds until frothy.
  6. Fill a tall serving glass with fresh ice and pour the shaken coffee mixture over the ice.
  7. Slowly pour the cold oat milk over the coffee and stir gently if desired.

Notes

Use 'Barista Edition' oat milk for extra creaminess. Consider making coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution.
