Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if using skin-on salmon. Brush about half the glaze over the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until almost cooked through.
- Switch your oven to broil. Brush the remaining glaze over the salmon and broil for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
Bring salmon to room temperature before cooking. Don't skip drying the salmon for better browning. Use a pastry brush for even glaze application. Watch closely during broiling to prevent burning. An instant-read thermometer can help ensure perfect doneness.
