- Cut the chicken into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and sesame oil. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring every piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. If baking, arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let the skewers rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
