  • 1 lb (16 oz) Pretzel Bites or Nuggets
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl and whisk in honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Place the pretzels in a large mixing bowl and pour the honey mustard mixture over them. Toss gently to coat every piece.
  4. Spread the coated pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the tray before serving.

Use unsalted butter for better flavor balance. Ensure honey is fluid for a smooth coating. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
