- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl and whisk in honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Place the pretzels in a large mixing bowl and pour the honey mustard mixture over them. Toss gently to coat every piece.
- Spread the coated pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the tray before serving.
Notes
Use unsalted butter for better flavor balance. Ensure honey is fluid for a smooth coating. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
