Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine panko breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan in a shallow dish.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on both sides of each pork chop and press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure pork chops are patted dry for a crispy crust. Adjust cooking time for thicker or bone-in chops.
