  • 3 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 cup Granola or Chopped Nuts
  • 2 tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Add toppings: scatter strawberries, blueberries, nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt.
  5. Press larger pieces gently into the yogurt.
  6. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until solid.
  7. Once frozen, lift the parchment paper and break the bark into pieces.

Notes

Use full-fat or 2% yogurt for creaminess. Tap the baking sheet to remove air bubbles. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
