- Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Add toppings: scatter strawberries, blueberries, nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt.
- Press larger pieces gently into the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until solid.
- Once frozen, lift the parchment paper and break the bark into pieces.
Notes
Use full-fat or 2% yogurt for creaminess. Tap the baking sheet to remove air bubbles. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
