Method
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spread about two tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Layer deli meat, shredded cheese, spinach, and roasted red peppers on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into one-inch pieces and serve.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easy spreading. Avoid wet ingredients to prevent sogginess.
