Method
- Prepare your coffee and let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
- Pour the chilled coffee into your blender jar.
- Add the milk and caramel sauce, scraping the spoon to get all the caramel.
- Add the sugar to the liquid ingredients.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender last.
- Secure the lid tightly and start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Check the consistency and adjust with more milk or ice as needed.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce around the inside of a tall glass.
- Pour the blended mixture into the glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute whole milk with oat milk. Use coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution. Adjust sweetness to taste.
