Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong chilled coffee or cold brew
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or half-and-half)
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • whipped cream for topping
  • extra caramel drizzle for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare your coffee and let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
  2. Pour the chilled coffee into your blender jar.
  3. Add the milk and caramel sauce, scraping the spoon to get all the caramel.
  4. Add the sugar to the liquid ingredients.
  5. Add the ice cubes to the blender last.
  6. Secure the lid tightly and start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 30 to 45 seconds.
  7. Check the consistency and adjust with more milk or ice as needed.
  8. Drizzle extra caramel sauce around the inside of a tall glass.
  9. Pour the blended mixture into the glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel.
  10. Serve immediately with a wide straw.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute whole milk with oat milk. Use coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution. Adjust sweetness to taste.
