Method
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and dicing the cucumbers, halving the tomatoes, and slicing the red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the dressing with the prepared vegetables in a large mixing bowl and gently toss to coat.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with additional dill before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half of the sour cream with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
