Method
- Wash and thoroughly dry your salad greens.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place your greens in a large serving bowl. Add the cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, pecans, and sliced red onion. Gently toss to distribute ingredients evenly.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently once more and serve immediately.
Notes
Dress the salad just before serving to prevent wilting. Store components separately for leftovers.
