- Drop small portions onto the prepared baking sheet, forming bite-sized clusters.
- Top each cluster with small pieces of cotton candy while the chocolate is still tacky.
- Add sprinkles if desired, working quickly.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
