Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavored extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 cup cotton candy, loosely packed
  • Few drops food coloring (pink or blue)
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles (optional)

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Add the cotton candy extract and food coloring to the melted chocolate, stirring until evenly distributed.
  4. Fold in the miniature marshmallows, coating each one with the chocolate mixture.
  5. Drop small portions onto the prepared baking sheet, forming bite-sized clusters.
  6. Top each cluster with small pieces of cotton candy while the chocolate is still tacky.
  7. Add sprinkles if desired, working quickly.
  8. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or refrigerate for up to one week. Avoid humid environments to prevent the cotton candy from dissolving.
