Method
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl or a large jar, pour in the full-fat coconut milk. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk Well: Use a whisk to thoroughly combine these ingredients until smooth.
- Add Chia Seeds: Sprinkle the chia seeds into the coconut milk mixture.
- Stir Thoroughly: Stir vigorously for about 1-2 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Rest and Stir Again: Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
- Chill: Cover and transfer to the refrigerator.
- Allow to Set: Let it chill for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once set, stir and top with your favorite toppings before serving.
Notes
Ensure to stir well after adding chia seeds to prevent clumping. Adjust sweetness to taste before chilling.
