- Prepare the cabbage and carrots by shredding them finely and combining them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, Dijon mustard, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
