  • 4 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups Red Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (full-fat recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cabbage and carrots by shredding them finely and combining them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, Dijon mustard, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss gently until all the vegetables are coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
