Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicke
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • Cooking spray as needed

Method
 

  1. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, roll into balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2-inch thick with a small indent in the center.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange patties in a single layer in the basket and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove sliders and let them rest for 2 minutes. Toast buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
  7. Assemble sliders with favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Use 93% lean ground chicken for best texture. Customize toppings and seasonings to your preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
