- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, roll into balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2-inch thick with a small indent in the center.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange patties in a single layer in the basket and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove sliders and let them rest for 2 minutes. Toast buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Assemble sliders with favorite toppings and serve immediately.

Use 93% lean ground chicken for best texture. Customize toppings and seasonings to your preference. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
