Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shred your cheese and mix in any optional seasonings.
- Spoon approximately one tablespoon of cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly and leaving space between them.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese stops bubbling.
- Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for best results. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days. For longer storage, freeze for up to two months.
