  • 4 large Fresh Yellow Peaches, pitted and sliced into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 pint Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Pecans (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the peaches by washing, drying, and slicing them into wedges.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter.
  3. Add the peach slices in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden-brown.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the peaches and gently flip them.
  5. Add vanilla extract and sea salt, stirring gently, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat and let the peaches sit for one minute.
  7. Scoop vanilla bean ice cream into serving bowls and top with warm caramelized peaches and syrup.
  8. Optionally, add toasted pecans or fresh mint before serving.

Use firm-ripe peaches for the best texture. Serve immediately for the best experience.
