Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4-5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until foamy.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and paprika, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Add the fresh lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, then let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
