Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice peaches into half-inch wedges and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon to the peaches and toss gently.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
