Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. In a clean glass jar, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and maple syrup, then add the almond butter. Stir well to combine.
  3. Secure the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add additional milk if needed. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be eaten cold or warmed up.
